OAWD COVID-19 PROCEDURES

In order to comply with announcements made by local & state government, Orland-Artois Water District would like to recommend ways to conduct business during this time. Our office is operational, and we are committed to meeting the needs of the landowners and water users of OAWD.

Please first try to resolve business matters through phone, email, and/or mail. Staff e-mails and contact numbers will be listed below. OAWD also has two lock boxes; one is located on the District fence located on the south side of Road 27, and the other is located next to our front door. We ask that you please call our office when you arrive if you have any additional questions.

If you do need to come to our office, please have all paperwork completed beforehand. If you are having issues with completing an application, figuring out payment amounts, etc., please contact one of our office employees and we will help you prepare the form, payment needs, or any other matter.

Water applications, informational newsletters, RRA forms, and other documents can also be accessed via the District website, at www.oawd.org. Water Orders can be submitted online too at www.oawd.org/water-order.

If our procedures need to change in the future, we will let you know. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we try to limit exposure for the health and safety of our employees and water users. Please contact District staff if you have any questions or concerns.

Compliance Officer

Orland-Artois Water District has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations. The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.

In addition to testing with users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards, Orland-Artois Water District regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely changes to any inaccessible changes, if any are found.
